Rooms feel like closet spaces, with awkward bathroom layouts and poor water pressure !!! Cleanliness clearly needs attention, as dirt and odors undermine the experience !!!

Easy access to two tube stations makes navigating central attractions a breeze. The market stretch on Queensway provides a variety of dining and shopping options right at your fingertips.
Navigating to the hotel proved to be a challenge, with the address being tricky to locate amidst confusing street names and minimal signage. Rooms are cramped, with some guests reporting poorly maintained spaces—including dirty walls, carpets, and bathrooms—with mold present and a lack of proper ventilation. Basement rooms often smelt musty and lacked natural light, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Noise disturbances from the corridors can interrupt sleep, and some amenities need upgrading, like the outdated, cramped elevator. Overall, the hotel's interior could use a refresh to match the expectations set by its location.

The location is fantastic! We were just a quick walk from the tube station, which made exploring the city a breeze. My son loved visiting the nearby parks where we enjoyed some lovely picnics. The room was clean and tidy, with all essentials included.
In my wife’s opinion, the family room was a bit cramped for our needs. A larger space would have made our stay more comfortable, especially with kids around.

The facility offers a cozy decor in the reception area with an inviting feel. Its location provides easy access to two tube stations, perfect for city exploration.
The carpets on the staircase leading to rooms could use a thorough cleaning, as they show significant wear and tear, which might be off-putting for some. The room layout initially provided didn’t match expectations. we were actually given a small double bed in addition to a single when we had specified preference for triples. And the lift situation? Out of order, meaning a lugging of luggage up three flights of stairs. the hotel feels like it could benefit from a more consistent housekeeping routine, particularly in the bathrooms where cleaning could be more thorough, as we noticed some limescale buildup. Although the air-conditioning worked well, the hallways could be a bit more comfortable in temperature.
